Requirements and Key qualifications

  • Publicly traded company and / or previous IPO experience a must have
  • Chartered accounting qualification with significant post-qualification experience IFRS experience and / or US GAAP experience, Lux GAAP useful but not a must Experience with transfer pricing mechanisms and processes a great plus Unquestionable integrity Flexible and open-
  • minded Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Patience and ability to see and understand the big picture’

  • 15+ years finance management roles in multinational companies or in high growth sectors; previous team management experience is a must
  • Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities under pressure
  • Strong, influential and yet respectful style of management
  • Ability to establish effective cross-departmental relationships
  • Effective and easy communication style, able to relate to a wide range of people
  • Able to interpret and clearly explain complex financial and accounting data to non-finance staff
  • Fluency in English language, other European languages a plus
  • Reports directly to Group’s CFO, Responsibility for 40+ people globally, supervision and guidance of finance staff including accounting and controlling, consolidation, finance operations and business information.
