Luxembourg company part of a group owning several sites and buildings in Europe, Brazil, US, South Africa is searching to reinforce its dynamic team :

Industrial Real Estate Manager (m / f)

Your mission :

Provide services with respect to sites and buildings of which the group is the owner and the overall condition of fixtures and fittings, including but not limited to :

  • visiting the premises in order to audit the general condition of the buildings and to assess the overall condition of the fixtures and fittings;
  • providing advice on the improvement of the maintenance and of the general condition of the buildings, fixtures and fittings.
  • providing advice on cost saving possibilities and / or opportunities with respect to consumables;
  • organisation and supervision of internal relocation of machinery or relocation of machinery to other premises;
  • organisation, coordination and supervision of construction works to buildings;
  • organisation and coordination with the tenants and real estate agencies;
  • providing advice with respect to the follow up of sale incentives regarding real estate;
  • providing of timeframe, budgets, offers, quotes, material and labour cost and operating procedures for works planned to be performed.
  • Responsible for the building of new plants and buildings, Extension of existing buildings and redevelopment of existing properties
  • Experience & qualifications required :

  • A Bachelor degree in relation to construction engineering or equivalent industry experience;
  • An experience of at least 5-10 years from a similar position;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge in Dutch, French, and German would be an asset;
  • Willingness to travel ( i.e. at least one week per month all over Europe, U.S.A., Brazil and South Africa);
  • Perfect command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Ability to be proactive, multitask and prioritize workflow;
  • Ability to work independently and to report to the management;
  • Sociability skills and ability to adapt in a small structure;
  • Experience in facility management and administration
  • Excellent presentation;
  • Well organized and detail minded.
  • Must have construction site experience
  • Capable of finding pragmatic and practical solutions related to building
  • Capable of making cost benefit analysis
  • Capable of cost estimates based on experience
  • Self-starter
