Sopra Steria is looking for an HR Business Partner (F / M) to integrate and reinforce the IT recruitment team working in Luxembourg.

The Recruitment team consists of 2 people in Luxembourg and is part of a larger Benelux team of about 10 people. Our team is young and dynamic.

Your Mission :

  • Conducting monthly meetings with managers to cover strategic HR topic.
  • Conducting annual HR Committees in relation to employee’s performance with line management (career development, trainings, etc.).
  • Consulting with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Collecting training requests and ensure their success.
  • Conducting Onboarding and Exit Interviews.
  • Organizing onboarding days for newcomers.
  • Understanding recruiting needs and skills / profiles required.
  • Draw up & publish job description on different channels.
  • Sourcing, identifying, screening of potential candidates.
  • Recruitment & selection of IT profiles.
  • Contract proposal, negotiations, and follow-up of candidates.
  • Participate in recruiting events & sourcing activities.
  • Contacts with schools (job days, student forums...).
  • Your Profile :

  • You have a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in human resources or Psychology or Communication or similar experience in the IT Recruitment field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment and HR field.
  • Reactivity and proactivity are part of your skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • You understand the business needs and can match these requirements by finding the right people.
  • You are flexible and result oriented as you will be sourcing our new talents : using social networks, networking, and thinking outside the box.
  • Competency-based interviewing is your second nature.
  • You are naturally gifted for convincing others. You have strong negotiation skills.
  • You are well organized and not afraid by a little of administrative work.
  • You have affinity with IT and good computer science culture.
  • You are dynamic, pragmatic, autonomous and have a committed personality.
  • You speak fluent French and English. Any other language is a plus.
