The HR & Administration Intern will help to keep the office environment and order in a good manner and assist in dealing with some HR & administration activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities : Performing administrative tasks and support the departments on secretarial help Management of the integration process of new hires Supporting the day to day human resource activities and answering employees queries Assisting on organizing training programs for employees.

Handling general correspondence and incoming / outgoing letters and expresses Dealing with order supplies and manage office suppliers or service providers Coordinating with all suppliers to carry out repairs Managing the internal meeting rooms bookings Organizing business trips related matters and all external bookings .

Qualifications and experience : Fluent in English, French and Chinese is necessary. German is a strong value added asset and any other European language skill will be taken into consideration.
