Required studies : BAC+2 minimum;
Experience in shareholder service and / or good knowledge of securities services industry;
Excellent English knowledge; additional language skills, especially German or French, would be an advantage;
Strong client focus;
Strong communication and service skills;
Ability to keep an overview of deadlines and to meet them;
Ability to work constructively with others to find solutions.

It offers a full range of securities services to institutional clients : compensation, cash management services, custody and depositary bank, fund administration and asset servicing, services and transfer agent services to issuers.
In order to provide excellent service to our clients and to the investors in our client’s investment funds, the Shareholder Services Transfer Agent will :
Process client and investor queries received by e-mail, post, fax and phone;
Ensure that queries are answered timely, accurately, professionally and in line with service level agreements;
Coordinate and collaborate with operational experts for the completion of complex queries;
Support good communication within the team and within the organization;
Seek to continually optimize processes and improve quality;
Show flexibility and go the extra step to provide excellent service;
Strive to ensure a positive service experience for our clients’ investors.
