Job discription You’ll support our team in Luxembourg with a variety of administrative tasks You’ll be the first contact for people on the phone.
You’ll help them by transferring the call to the right person or take a message if needed You’re responsible for the reception where you’ll make the visitors feel welcome and see that they are well provided in the meeting rooms You’re the first person of contact for suppliers and different partners You’ll request quotations and help with organizing accounting matters You’ll make sure that the office is presentable at all times Your profile : You have had a first experience as an administrative manager Working with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, excel, outlook) is a daily routine for you You are someone with eye for details and always perform your work with the highest standard You’re a problem solver and always look for solutions first You can communicate fluently in English, Dutch and French.
German and Luxembourgish is an asset.
