About the Role :
Ferrero Headquarters is looking for a Business Analyst to support in markt analysis and business strategy.
Main Responsibilities :
The candidate will be in charge of :
Supporting the preparation of executive managers about Ferrero business plans and business updates for specific countries and categories collecting business intelligence data from available purchased sources / databases, industry reports, public information and field reports;
Developing and maintaining specific dashboards and scorecards aimed at providing executive managers with structured analysis through a cross country and cross-category reading of all the sources / databases in order to provide a full and updated picture of the business status both existing products and new launches;
Generating standard or custom reports summarizing Ferrero and competition performances both on sellout and consumer KPIs for review by executives, managers and other stakeholders cooperating with Finace, Media and research departments;
Developing and owning specific project aimed at improving the business intelligence of the strategist team;
Who we are looking for :
Master’s degree in Economics or in Management;
3-5 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG, consulting companies or research institutes;
Marketing and sales thinking oriented with a consumer centricity approach skills;
Advanced knowledge of Retail and Consumer database (Nielsen, IRI, Ipsos, GFK, Euromonitor, Planet Retail, Mintel, ) within the FMCG context;
Finance & business acumen;
Strong analytical & synthesis skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
Flexibility, capacity of working under pressure / short deadlines environment;
Project management skills;
Business writing and presentation skills;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint;
Experience in access and navigation in Business Intelligence sources such as EIU, Euromonitor, Planet Retail, Nielsen, IRI and GFK.
Fluent in English;
Italian written and spoken is a plus;
Any additional language would be advantageous.
