Our client is an international service provider specialized in finance and legal based in Luxembourg for decades.
This is a sickness replacement.
You will join the HR department and you will work in close contact with the HR Director.
Your tasks will be the following : Insure administrative RH; Prepare payroll; Participate to recruitment; Screen and select CV;
Organize interviews and assessments; Be the key contact person with candidates; Update and manage the database; Holidays, sickness, plannings;
Communicate with CCSS and fiduciary.
Profile : You speak English and French fluently; You hold a previous 2 / 3 years’ experience ideally in a law firm or in the Big 4, Trust or Financial Institutions;
You are diligent and discreet; You are a team player; You are willing to work in an international and multicultural environment;
You have an outstanding presentation.
