The Markets & Business Development team (AIBD) works with the Managed Services business teams to bring the best that EY has to offer to our clients and grow the business.

About the Job As a key member of the growing team in Managed Services, you work directly with the leader on account coordination and business development activities.

You also support other team activities such as tracking, reporting, and planning as required. Account coordination

  • Creation and maintenance of MS account plans
  • Execute, chase and track account action plans
  • Identification of sales leads incl. up- and cross-selling, over time
  • Lead management support

  • Log and keep up-to-date opportunity in CRM and team pipeline
  • Set-up of client meeting
  • Gather and document client intelligence and key stakeholders
  • Preparation of agenda & presentation
  • Set-up, preparation and execution of the dry-run
  • Coordinate execution of client meeting incl. attendance
  • Coordination of follow-up action plan
  • Pursuit management support

  • Independence and service restrictions pre-clearance
  • Coordination of multi-service and large-scale RFP’s
  • Coordination of proposal definition and pricing approval
  • Support of other team activities incl. tracking, reporting, planning, and account coordination What we look for

  • Qualifications :
  • Relevant professional qualifications
  • Excellent listening abilities and experience in interacting with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language verbal and written, as well as the French and / or the German language
  • 1 or 2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Ability to quickly understand the focus and prioritize tasks
  • Commitment to deliver quality on time
