We are looking for a Customer Care employee to join our Sea Logistics team in Contern, Luxembourg.
Your Role
The Sea Logistics Customer Care employee is the single point of contact for a defined group of customers in Sea Logistics.
The Sea Logistics Customer Care employee supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
To provide front line support for clients and customers and to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
To be accountable for maintaining excellent service for our internal and external customers.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Care and Advise : Pro-actively advise and consult to ensure customer satisfaction
Shipment Management : Qualification and entry of customer orders into the operational execution process
Complaint Management : Owns the Complaint Management process towards the customer and is the interface between all involved parties while working on resolutions.
Quotation Management : Qualification of customer inquiries (including KN network and 3rd parties request), provide quotations and updates, set final selling price with individual adjustments within the given price band and in line with the national leeway in decision-making (front-line empowerment) including buying rate inquiries within the KN Network
Customer On boarding : Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems as well as to involved parties (Operational Care / KN Origin & Destination Offices, etc.
Accompanying (initial) customer order
Customer Data Management : Maintenance and integration of customer data in the KN systems
Operational Customer Relationship Management : Knowledge exchange with the sales executive; Establishment of an operative customer relationship (sales support)
Customer Reporting : Creating, refining and reviewing reports based on customer requirements and needs
Your Skills and Experiences
Have a degree / apprenticeship in logistics or freight forwarding
Preferably have a background in Sea Logistics or in freight forwarding
Have a strong sense of self-discipline and persistence, be patient and pragmatic and able to think analytically and systematically
Have strong conflict resolution skills and being able to communicate properly
Fluency in English and German; any other language will be considered as an advantage
