Working at NTT MAIN DUTIES / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES The Senior Network Engineer is proactive in identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution.
His / her primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions. Ensure that assigned IT Infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested and operational.
Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts. Interfacing with the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes to assure that Service Levels Agreement objectives are met Ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions.
Proactively offer improvements of operations to better meet the SLA standards Investigate assigned third line support calls and identify the root cause of incidents and problems, and ensure the efficient and comprehensive resolution of incidents, events, problems, and requests.
Be a part of IT Network projects and operating on infrastructures : leveraging tools and processes to better resolve any IT incidents.
Produce breach and other reports to identify failures and short comings. Propose and contribute to improvements as a trusted advisor for our clients, but also in our internal initiatives Interact and co-operate with other vendors EDUCATION, SKILLS, PROFIL, EXPERIENCE Education Higher degree in IT or Computer Science Skills Solution and Service Knowledge Problem analysis and solution formulation skills Demonstrating willingness to learn Team Leader - Coordinator Excellent attention to detail Proactive management Ability to adapt to change and to think innovatively Good verbal and written communication ability Good planning and time management ability Team player - Share your knowledge with the team Ability to cope under pressure Profile, Experience At least 7-8 years’ experience in the field IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation certified) A keen interest in Infrastructure Strong experience of IT Networks : Installing, Configuration, Routing, Switching, Wireless Demonstrate experience in Cisco (R&S, ISE, IWAN) Knowledge in Cisco DNA Knowledge in F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are considered an asset Experience in Extreme networks will be considered as an advantage Fluent in English.
