Your role :
As a senior auditor, you will manage a team of juniors / trainees and report to the audit manager. You will contribute to the customer relationship management and organize the audit practice under the direct supervision of a manager.
You will be involved in the audit of clients from various sectors.
In addition to statutory audits, you may be asked to work on diversified engagements : contributions in kind, mergers-demergers, liquidations, due-diligences, internal audits and other contractual engagements.
You will examine the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, business control and governance processes.
You will review the compliance to laws and regulations and to company policies and procedures, recommend improvement of processes and systems and monitor the implementation of relevant action plans.
You will contribute to the definition of the risk based annual audit plan of the internal audit strategy.
You will conduct extensive, technical, and complex audit assignments including planning, process analysis, risk assessment, business control design and effectiveness evaluation.
You will identify and analyze the causes of inefficient practices and assess alternatives which might yield desired results.
You will prepare comprehensive and documented reports addressing pertinent recommendations and actions plans.
You will bring your business expertise and will be encouraged to develop your skills in other fields.
You will also be involved in the development of our firm by participating in technical, human or other types of projects.
