You will become part of and manage a team of lawyers, accountants and secretarial support who jointly manage a portfolio of client companies, mainly real estate funds.

You will strive to provide high quality services to our clients and at the same time meeting the KPI’s and targets set by senior management.

You show a can do’ attitude in all aspects of the role, are a self-starter and focused on and take pride in the achievement of personal, team and organizational goals.

You actively contribute in maintaining and expanding the company’s business and help to maintain and improve operational procedures.

Duties include :

  • Ensure uniformity in processes & team structures and management in Luxembourg and other European locations
  • Manage and monitor the timing and quality of the team’s client deliverables
  • Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple clients
  • Provide technical and industry knowledge to clients as well as to internal stakeholders
  • Enhance current servicing levels, deliver beyond client expectations
  • Establish and manage plans for new client setup and transitions
  • Team resource planning
  • Coordinate with Accounting group, Tax group, and Investor Relations groups internally
  • Liaise with auditors, lawyers, notaries and other professional external parties
  • Ensure an effective training and development plan is in place for the Legal / CoSec staff
  • Develop management & technical skills of managers
  • Provide support to the managers, assisting them to effectively deal with staff and resource issues
  • Budget preparation & manage costs within the department
  • Ensure full adherence & implementation of the corporate & local risk policies
  • Votre profil

  • University degree in corporate, notarial or fiscal law, or a similar academic background;
  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience and (proven) managerial experience;
  • Commercial, service-minded, hands-on and dynamic attitude plus international mind-set;
  • Strong analytical skills and leading by example;
  • Excellent (interpersonal) communication skills, both verbal and written (French and English);
  • Good planning and time management / prioritization skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously as well as liaising with other departments within a large organization.
