OVERVIEW : The Regional Talent Management Partner leads all talent management solutions in the region focused on increasing organizational effectiveness and increasing the region's competitive advantage to accelerate growth.
This person is a member of the Global Talent Management COE and acts as a trusted advisor and partner to the regional HR Leader in the creation and execution of the EMEA talent strategy and roadmap.
The person also acts as trusted advisor to regional business leaders and HR Business partners. In addition to designing and facilitating regional initiatives, the Talent Management Partner also executes global talent and development programs in the region including talent and succession, performance management, learning & development (L&D), diversity and inclusion initiatives, culture, and engagement strategies, etc.
