OVERVIEW : The Regional Talent Management Partner leads all talent management solutions in the region focused on increasing organizational effectiveness and increasing the region's competitive advantage to accelerate growth.

This person is a member of the Global Talent Management COE and acts as a trusted advisor and partner to the regional HR Leader in the creation and execution of the EMEA talent strategy and roadmap.

The person also acts as trusted advisor to regional business leaders and HR Business partners. In addition to designing and facilitating regional initiatives, the Talent Management Partner also executes global talent and development programs in the region including talent and succession, performance management, learning & development (L&D), diversity and inclusion initiatives, culture, and engagement strategies, etc.

Performance & Talent : The Talent Management Partner supports driving the talent strategy and pay-for-performance culture through the execution of performance management and talent building programs, including :

  • Performance Management
  • Coaching and Feedback
  • Talent Review & Succession
  • Talent Internal Pipeline Development
  • Learning and Development : The Talent Management Partner supports building a learning organization and driving employee career growth through the execution of learning and development programs and solutions, including :

  • Executing existing L&D programs
  • Conducting needs analysis and designing interventions
  • Supporting the design and implementation of regional Learning Curricula
  • Supporting the implementation of new solutions and programs, as assigned
  • Contributing to the review and enhancement of global L&D strategy
  • Change Management, Employee Communication, and Culture : The Talent Management Partner supports the execution of all culture-building programs and solutions, including :

  • Facilitating learning and collaboration groups, as well as employee communication using our Community (JAM) channel
  • Championing and supporting DEI strategy in region
  • Supporting culture surveys
  • Acting as a change champion
  • Supports other culture-building and employee engagement programs, as assigned

  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, and / or HR-related. Masters preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams
  • Strong organizational skills, proven written and presentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to leverage analytics to drive outcomes. Strong excel and data analytics skills
  • Comfortable supporting virtual learning and social collaboration
  • Great customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Group facilitation skills
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Preferred - Working knowledge in Success Factors, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect, WebEx or similar software.
