The WW Consumer Talent Strategy, Management, and Development (CTSMD) team delivers high-quality, practical solutions to our WW Field Operations organization.
Our responsibility is to drive excellence across the talent ecosystem and ensure our field operations associates and employees continue to be inspired, proud, and highly engaged to work at Amazon.
We’re looking for highly motivated professionals and leaders to help execute our global talent strategy focused on associate and employee attrition, manager and leader effectiveness, career development, employee engagement and experience, and leaders onboarding.
The EU Talent Operations Manager will lead
a team of junior and senior professionals who drive day to day talent program operations, continuous improvement initiatives, automation initiatives, and cost reduction initiatives.
This person will focus on developing a high performing team to deliver on business goals, and will also lead critical business initiatives.
The ideal candidate is motivated by a highly creative and dynamic culture where the challenge of breaking new ground and redefining best practices is welcome.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
