We are looking for a qualified HR Specialist (m / f / d) to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide effective human capital advice.
As a HR Specialist, you will help the company optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, HR operation, as well as implement operational and strategic HR plans and technology.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management. They will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues.
They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.

Talent Acquisition
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees
Conduct data and market research and consult with the HR BPI / business to recommend and implement a hiring plan that addresses business demand and talent availability
Advise on talent markets and candidate profiles, as well as relationships with talent pools and communities, to identify, secure, and develop candidates for immediate and near-future needs
Help develop a pipeline that generates strategic success, and different the candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business
Apply and understand the entire staffing process e.g., lifecycle to apply the appropriate internal and external recruiting policies, standards, and / or regulations to all stages of the recruiting process
Employer Branding and Marketing
Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences and make a recommendation how HR Branding and Marketing could be improved locally to attract more candidates.
Support in setting up recruiting events, career fairs or applicable
Support in developing employee engagement programs in alignment with the Center of Expertise
Apply the entire HR Branding and Marketing initiatives, internal and external policies, standards, and / or regulations to ensure brand identity and protection
HR operations
Responsible for executing on HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team, across all HR service categories
Entering, amending, and updating the data in the HR leading systems based on the needs and requirements of the local business and HR demands for new or exciting employees
Support optimization regarding daily HR activities and performance of the business when required
Your profile
Proven experience as HR consultant, recruiting, or related HR field.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (Success Factors, payroll etc.)
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and consulting skills, great team player.
BSc / BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc / MA in human resources will be a plus.
Fluent in German, English and French. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
