Provide day-to-day assistance and support to the Head of Department and their partnership development actives, ensuring administrative and organisational matters are carried out in a confidential and efficient manner
Receive, prioritise, and handle communication
Manage pro-actively the calendar of the management team of the department, including his daily commitments
Organise and plan internal and external meetings including minutes taking
Support in creation of reports, presentations and project administration tasks by collecting and analysing necessary information in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate purchase orders, follow up on invoices and reimbursement of expenses
Relevant experience in a comparable role, an experience in a similar position in the Luxembourg Financial Industry would be an advantage
Fluency in English, French, German and Luxembourgish
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational and prioritizing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
High level competency in office IT tools
Proactive, reliable, open mindedness and diplomatic with the ability to work in a fast paced international academic environment
Ability to adapt to a multicultural and multilingual environment
