On behalf of our client, an international FinancialServices structure, we are looking for : Manager Fund Accounting(m / f) Responsibilities Oversee a diverse range of administrativeand financial responsibilities for a portfolio of internationalfund clients, primarily operating in the Alternative InvestmentFund sphere (Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Debt,Infrastructure, etc) Oversight and coordination of all clientdeliverables within your portfolio, according to the operatingmemoranda / SLA’s.

Deliverables include, but are not limited to : Maintenance of general ledgers, sub ledgers and trial balances formultiple international fund clients, according to variousaccounting standards (typically IFRS / Lux GAAP / US GAAP) Periodic NetAsset Value calculations, including accrual bookings, variousreconciliations and fee calculations (annual) Financial statementsVarious tax deliverables (VAT, CIT, Subscription Tax, etc) Periodicregulatory reporting to the local regulators (BCL and CSSF) Assistthe Supervisors in review related tasks when deemed necessary Workclosely with internal and external parties to ensure deadlines aremet and quality is assured Be the face to the clients aroundfeedback on business as usual, improvement ideas, knowledgesharing, escalated operational issues / concerns and various otherclient queries Prepare, review and coordinate internal seniormanagement requests, reporting to senior management, KPI queries,staff time writing, payment of outstanding invoices and regularoverall status updates on your portfolio of clients Activelyrecruiting, coaching and training staff on all required elements ofthe job Prepare and coordinate regular staff feedback and appraisalmeetings Work closely together with the implementation andonboarding teams for document review and setup of new cliententities Escalate and coordinate identified team / client needs andimprovement points / ideas to consistently build and grow the fundservices team in all aspects of the words Your profileDegree educated in Business Administration, Accounting, Economicsor equivalent At least 7 years of relevant working experience in asimilar position in the Trust, Fiduciary, or Domiciliationenvironment is required Proven team management experience Fluencyin English is a MUST any other languages will be a plus PCliterate Ability to deal with client and professional advisors,thereby showing a commitment to providing a quality serviceExcellent communication and organizational skills Ability tomulti-task Ability to work on own initiative and to be highlydisciplined
