Your main responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for daily administrative tasks within the Marketing department including data entry, industry research, updating spread sheets and maintaining quality control for a CRM tool
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of both internal and external events
  • Proofreading both internal and external communications
  • Other administrative support to the team in their daily tasks
  • Your profile :

  • You have completed your administrative education and / or have at least 1 year of administrative experience in a similar position, preferably including Marketing and / or Communication experience.
  • You know how to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
  • You are very well organized, flexible, and have excellent communication skills which will allow you to play a central role in the Marketing team
  • You are creative, with an eye for detail
  • You are a positive thinker, solution finder, a flexible team worker and stress resistant
  • You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have a good command of English and French. Native or native-level fluency in English would be a distinct advantage
  • Confidentiality and discretion are required
  • You are able to take initiatives and you are proactive
