  • Through a direct report to the Sales Director, You will be in charge of managing current customers and gaining new ones.

  • Our client is a major player in the Construction industry at a European order to reinforce their local team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
  • Description

  • Maintaining relationship with key accounts.
  • Prospection, development and optimization of the customer portfolio.
  • Prescribe product to a wider network ( architects, engineering and design department)
  • Approaching new customers to propose them bespoke solutions.
  • Coordinating key technical projects.
  • Analyzing, collecting and meeting customers' expectations.
  • Being internally the point of contact to propose and promote new concepts.
  • Profile

  • 3 to 5 years as a business role within the construction / real estate industry.
  • Fluent in German and French.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships both externally with partners and prospects and internally with teams implementing projects.
  • You are customer centric and will always take the customer into account when making work decisions.
  • Very good communication skills with ability to adapt speech to different targets (strategic, tactical, operational).
