Ujet International is hiring an Owner Experience Coordinator to deliver a premium ownership experience.
This position reports directly to the Global Customer Experience Director.
Customer Relationship Center
Act as the main liaison between UJET and its customers
Manage customer queries following UJET protocols through any communication channel : Webchat, website, emails ( Zendesk ) and phone calls
Continuous improvement of the customer self-service capabilities of the UJET website such as : FAQ, How to, Troubleshooting guide, get started guide, onboarding tools, etc .
Convey customers’ feedback and suggestions to the management in order to offer services that exceed customer expectations.
Set up UJET customer satisfaction survey
Measure and report customer satisfaction through a set of KPI’s
Define, create and manage the Goodwill process
These functions are non-exhaustive and non-definitive and can evolve in order to meet the Employer’s needs, considering the Employee’s experience and professional qualifications.
Candidate background requirements
Excellent verbal communications skills in English. Other languages is a big plus
Excellent analytical and written abilities to produce accurate, relevant and comprehensive notes
Ability to discuss and understand complex situations, sensitive issues with customers in a supportive and objective way.
High degree of empathy.
Previous experience in a Call Center
