Following our business growth, we are currently recruiting for our headquarters in Howald, Luxembourg an : IT Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (f / m / d) Your tasks Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes by using process diagrams (e.

  • g. EPC diagram); Identify business needs and process improvements; Compile results into user stories and / or other suitable requirement formats;
  • Define acceptance criteria and test / validate developed solutions; Decompose Epics ; Compose brief requirement drafts; Document solutions for release notes;
  • Prepare and conduct demo meetings; Support of organizational and administrative tasks, such as : Issue tracking and follow-up, Keep several Scrum / Kanban boards up-to-date, Sprint planning, Support of UAT activities, Answer product-specific RFP questions or verifying answers.

  • Your profile Degree in information technology, business information systems or similar degree; Confident in being able to perform those tasks;
  • Adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in an Agile environment; Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and aptitude for problem solving;
  • Understanding of agile development approaches (Scrum, Kanban); Experience in that (or similar) role in an international environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (B2 or higher), including presentation skills; German and / or French language skills are an asset;
