OPERATIONS - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M / F)
The interim Administrative Assistant will provide administrative assistance to the Head of Mandate Development Division and Head of Institutional Mandates Division and their respective teams with the objective of contributing to the efficiency and performance of the teams' overall activity.
Manage the distribution and validation of documents in line with the Divisions’ operational needs and in compliance with procedures
Organise meetings and travel arrangements
Active management of the Heads of Division’s calendars
Monitor that procedures are followed during the mandate process
Handle all other secretarial tasks, including maintenance of Division's filing system
Cooperate with the other Assistants and members of the Department; contribute to a good working atmosphere within the Divisions and the Department in order to facilitate the timely implementation of tasks, smooth flow of information and achievement of objectives
Secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration) or secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a financial institution
Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and spoken English . Any other language will be considered as an asset
This is an opportunity for a long-term temp contract, to start in July
