Ensure the coordination between the different actors of the logistic chain, the providers, the production services, and the management of the flow of goods.
Develop (Design) and execute the flow management strategy of the logistic chain : Synchronize and coordinate the information of the different production services and of the commercial services.
Initiate and run process improvement projects by contributing to the implementation of an MRP.
Organize the planification of the supply according to the needs of the company and the client's orders while at the same time controlling costs and delays.
Control and optimize the inventory management.
Follow the implementations of actions and proceed to potential adjustments (anticipate stock shortage )
Develop the supplier relationships and create new partnerships (negotiate prices and delays)
Implementation of piloting systems : Conceive and implement follow-up indicators and ratios (inventory turnover rate, availability ratio, dashboards, reporting)
Make sure that the providers respect products quality, delays and source contracts.
Strategic monitoring of the market (providers, news, visit to trade shows, etc. )
Animate, coordinate and control your teams.

Bachelor or master's degree : Engineering - Business school majoring in Logistics or Supply Chain.
Good knowledge of bakery professions - pastry and other market players.
Office and SAP - Strong affinity with new technologies.
Good knowledge of French, German and English.
