In our role as depository and custodian bank we keep assets for Group-owned and external management companies both in UCITS as well as Non-

We are looking for you supporting our management board as Executive Support Manager (m / f) Your responsibilities Within your challenging working area you will be independently responsible for the support of our management board with regards to the coordination and steering of special projects relating to e.g.
regulatory requirements and Change Management processes.
Furthermore you will be supporting and coordinating the timely creation of internal and external reports for our bank.
Your profile You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship respectively accomplished a degree in economic studies with a major in banking / finance.
Ideally you were able to gain first practical experiences as an executive support manager within a bank or another financial institution.
You already acquired expertise in the area of project coordination and are familiar with all the related tasks.
Your working style is independent and you distinguish yourself from others through your commitment, your flexibility, your resilience as well as your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks.
Due to your very good communication skills, you are well able to share your own and the company’s position in a transparent and convincing manner.
Furthermore, we expect from you business fluency in English and German, French is advantageous.
