We are actively looking for one of our partners an investments fund located in the Luxemburg business area, a corporate officer.

The workspace is an open floor, meaning you will be working closely with a small team of 10 to 12 colleagues. This will allow you to get to know them better and get some drinks after work thanks to the great office location.

Our partner is a small, growing international company where quality takes precedence over quantity. They have a fixed client portfolio that they've held for dozens of years and continue to grow the company exponentially by serving excellence.

They possess several hundreds of millions in assets in the United States alone.Because it is an international company (EU, USA), you will have the opportunity to work with many different customers and acquire a high degree of experience. Legal officer : Your role

Attend board meetings, including contribution within the level of experience, draft minutes on a timely basis.

Assist and support the management of clients and identify potential problems.

Stay in close contact with third-party services such as (CSSF, Auditors, )

Manage a client portfolio including all aspects of corporate and fund legislation.

Legal officer : Your profile

Preferably 3-5 years of ManCo or AIFM experience.

Have first-hand experience and feel comfortable in PE / RE.

Fluent in English, and French is a real advantage any other language is a plus.

Be a team player who enjoys working in an open floor environment.
