Responsibilities

BIL has set an ambitious program of business development to the year 2020, combined with the development of a new OPS&IT strategy including the replacement of its Core Banking System, the development of our Digital solution and combined with regulatory changes.

In this context, we will have amongst others to support the mutation of our bank management platforms.

We are currently looking for a Trainee (M / F) Project Manager Assistant.

Your mission :

  • As a member of the Customer, CRM & onboarding value chain, you will help us to support the transformation program & work closely with our delivery leads.
  • Your main activities :

  • Prepare & participate to project meetings
  • Assist project leaders in budget monitoring & track and document changes
  • Prepare & follow project planning, progress follow-up & regular status
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives relating to project needs
  • Help develop the project documentation and methodology in an iterative process
  • Ensure engagement and tracking of progress to support program management to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with all stream leaders to ensure same methodology is well applied in functional streams
  • Profil recherché

    Must Have Requirements

    Your qualifications :

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • You are able to participate actively in English and French meetings.
  • Experience in one or more project management tools (MS Project, CA Clarity, )
  • Waterfall & Agile knowledge
  • Office Tools
  • Your personal skills :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to learn (technologies, methods, business activities, banking regulations) and to develop new competencies
  • Sense of initiative
  • Ease of contact and team-player
  • Proactive, personal investment
  • Strong analytical and summarizing skills
