Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Finance team, the Treasury Analyst will be responsible for overall treasury, cash management and liquidity activities of the company.
The Treasury Analyst will also support the CFO in establishing treasury policies, procedures and processes, as well as in the management of the relationship with banks.
The Treasury Analyst works autonomously and in particular close contact with the other departments within Finance, such as Risk Management.
The Treasury Analyst will also review current treasury and cash management processes, propose changes and automation where required.
The position requires a reliable, dynamic and solution oriented professional, willing integrate and work close together in a small team.
The position will also require good knowledge and mastering of ERPs, proficiency in Excel, deliver work with high standard and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES Daily management of cash and transactions, as well as monitoring and controlling over incoming and outgoing congestion income;
Support CFO in the development and implementation of cash management operational strategies and working capital optimisations;
Cash flow forecasting, balance sheet projections, corporate financial statistics and other liquidity reporting; Assess liquidity and interest rate risks in cooperation with Risk Management, perform and monitor ratios;
Pre-financing analysis and projections, propose optimizations of financial transactions; Formulate sound guidance and recommendations on treasury management, liquidity and investments;
Assists in the development of bank relationships; Suggest financial system improvements related to cash management and liquidity analysis, as well as supports the automation cash management operations;
Reviews monthly interest expense, journal entries and accruals; Support with any other treasury related functions, including finance modelling, due diligence and treasury integration;
Back-up for banking related administration. MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position; Knowledge of cash management operations and financial risk management;
Cash flow forecasting and other required liquidity / cash management reporting; Degree Education Level in Finance, Business or Management (3 years after A-Level);
Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken skills; Good knowledge and mastering of ERPs; Proficient in MS Office, most particularly in Excel.
