About the Role :
We are looking for an accomplished and influential HR Partner for our Luxembourg office who will work closely with the local stakeholders.
Reporting to the HR Director, HR Operations, Europe, you will guide local HR delivery, in line with business objectives and ensure that HR policies, procedures and practices are in place, up to date and legally compliant.
You will play a crucial role in providing knowledge and experience with respect to a broad scale of HR subjects to all staff, and may also be involved in European and global HR projects.
Job Duties in Brief :
Drive HR initiatives that deliver key business objectives, consistently providing proactive consultancy support, and you will review and design HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation and business needs.
As a member of the Global HR team, champion the successful adoption of the CoE model for HR delivery in Luxembourg by facilitating and supporting Talent Acquisition, Reward and Retention, and Talent Development and Professional Services activities with key business stakeholders.
Develop relationships with influential business stakeholders to influence the development of one culture across Citco Luxembourg.
Operate as a subject matter expert in a consultative role in all areas impacting HR operations, providing competent and confidential resource for problem resolution with high degree of customer responsiveness.
For CoEs Must be effective at identifying HR requirements to these resources and delivering / executing effective solutions.
Responsible for managing and providing leadership direction for a HR administrator.
About You :
You must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5+ years’ of relevant experience in a HR Business Partner / Generalist role, ideally in a multinational corporate environment.
You will have exceptional communication and relationship skills, with fluency in both French and English.
The ability to interact, influence and partner with a diverse group of people are core attributes required for this position.
You must be an accomplished HR professional with demonstrated experience in change management and a proven track record in influencing business stakeholders.
