job location europe area operations quality support ferrero familyowned company with truly progressive and global outlook and iconic brands such nutella tic tac ferrero rocher raffaello kinder bueno and kinder surprise the love for our brands continues grow too does our global reach represented 55 countries with products sold more than 170 the ferrero group loved generations around the world the secret our global success nearly 35000 dedicated employees who celebrate care and quality craft business careers and brands are proud join and you could one them about the role for our ferrero headquarter luxembourg are currently looking for europe area operations quality support who will provide support the europe area quality manager the purpose the effective management quality overall performance throughout the value chain within the related area with specific focus key growth categories this will achieved through regular collaboration with local quality teams order implement centrally defined quality guidelines manage qualitative problems while developing and sharing quality culture local level main responsibilities main tasks overall quality management take part area governance mechanisms area industrial site visits etc and new projects related the development quality the area link key internal and external business partners and manufacturing locations for growth categories support strategic kpis definition industrial level monitor performance while improving and fostering quality level spread ferrero quality culture and kpi system within the perimeter competence communicate regular basis with the regional quality manager monitor quality overall performance define content feedback reports schedule updates follow meetings define meetings timings recurrence etc lead quality projects within the area focusing growth categories and sister companies ensure homogenization activities throughout the different regions and categories quality execution guarantee that quality guidelines and methodologies are applied and respected the area and regional level while providing feedback the local level possible limitations and constraints ensure the implementation quality improvement plans the area with the countries quality teams provide feedback and improvements central teams case ineffective application established rules and methodologies support the effective collaboration between local and central teams improve existing guidelines ensure that all quality activities are regularly place facilitate documentation preparations and relations prior audit visits nonconformities management provide support the area quality manager the management critical nonconformities incidents industrial side and activate specific task force accelerate problem resolution when required activate adequate corrective actions and communicate with specific technical matter experts quality account food safety etc carry out root cause analysis occurred problems while proposing and defining actions resolve these while avoiding their reoccurrence local team development assess regularly quality resources the regions ensure that adequate number resources skills are present while verifying possible training needs for local resources make regular onsite visits meet with local teams share improvement actions while collecting inputs and feedbacks who are looking for profile msc quality food other related fields 510 years work experience leadership roles food quality within multinational environment knowledge food safety food technology food chemical and microbiological analysis packaging analysis principles statistical sampling and control food industry pest control iso certification scheme iso 9001 and fssc 22000 iso 19000 etc private certification scheme food legislation gmp haccp etc excellent communication and relationship skills across different hierarchical levels influencing skills coordination and managing skills problem solving and attention detail availability travel approx3040 enthusiasm and commitment excellence with resultoriented approach fast learner who rapidly moves the learning curve ethical and strong personal values skills excellent knowledge microsoft office language skills advanced proficiency written and spoken english any other european language italian and french spanish will considered asset how successful the role and ferrero consumers quality and care are the heart everything successful ferrero you need just consumer and product centric are dedicated crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world
