Global Jet Luxembourg is currently looking for a HR Officer to support the department in its diverse missions

Tasks & Missions
As a HR Officer, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
Act as a facilitator to support the team on various day-to-day topics / issues / administrative work
Actively contribute to the entire Payroll process for Global Jet’s employees
Provides an effective Payroll advisory service
Produce any HR related documents needed (contracts, attestations, etc.)
Act as a point of contact for all HR enquiries (holidays, sickness, etc.)
Manage and ensure the quality of the HR database and records of employee’s data
Produce effectives HR related reports and statistics
Contribute in other ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives
Your Profile : -You have 4 years of experience in a similar position-You are fluent in French and English-You are multi-task, polyvalent and autonomous-You are a problem solver with good communication and organizational skills-You possess an excellent knowledge of the Office software package-You have a good Knowledge of the Luxembourgish labor law and social regulations
