We are looking for a smart, team-oriented, highly analytical leader to join as Senior Program Manager for the European Marketplace Experience organization.

Your core role will be to drive seller growth across our European seller marketplaces by building programs and products that make international business and compliance seamless.

You will be responsible for :

  • Business Planning
  • Business Operations
  • Goal setting on your team and aligned with WW teams
  • Working cross-functionally with retail, marketing, product, sales, insights and analysts, legal, Public Policy and tax to deliver high quality channel management and programs
  • Develop mechanisms, processes, and measurement of all channels to understand what is working and what needs improvement
  • Conduct monthly business reviews and annual resource planning
  • Identify global stakeholder needs, implement prioritization
  • You must be able to work at the strategic level (using seller behavior to generate bold and innovative ideas) and at the tactical level (building insights from data and solving problems).

    The ideal candidate is analytical, enthusiastic, has exceptional writing skills, and has a passion for customer engagement and creative problem solving.

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, engineering and / or relevant field of study
  • 6-8 years of working experience with 5+ years in program management, product management or consulting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including Business, Tax, Legal, Operations, and Tech
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Bias for action that enables an ability to seamlessly transition between the strategic and tactical
  • Comfortable with manipulating data in order to find insights and build a strategy
  • Passion for building structure from ambiguity
  • MBA from a top tier school
  • Experience in eCommerce
  • History of success working with teams and customers from US, China and Europe
