About the Role :
For our Group's Headquarters in Luxembourg we are looking for an ITBP Supply Chain to work in our Information Technology function.
The incumbent will be reporting to the IT Business Partner Operation and will be a member of the ITBP Operation Team dedicated to Ferrero Group for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sustainability, Contract Manufacturing and Surprises.
This role works closely with the Business for the identification, design, implementation and adoption of Global IT Solutions focused on Supply Chain.
The role is aimed to continuously improve the current effective IT global business solutions, as well as to coordinate the major functional innovation projects and activities, ensuring the best value realization of each global application.
The incumbet will be accountable on Demand collection and operate as a key component of IT's organization while cooperating daily with Group, Regional and Local IT team members.

The role is focused on managing a portfolio of technology capabilities to support the business objectives for the global Supply Chain while ensuring that this portfolio drives business value, is delivered in through project excellence and that brings innovative best practices and new technologies;
Provides application portfolio value realization through active business stakeholder engagement;
Is accountable for the definition of a technology product portfolio supporting the delivery of business capabilities and requirements;
Supports process design and promotes best-practice adoption;
Is responsible for projects' value identification, solution adoption and value realization;
Acts as IT Business Partner for Supply Chain area, contributing, prioritizing and supporting in the definition of functional and technical solutions coming from new requirements;
Proactively engages key stakeholders at global and regional level to gather business and functional needs and to provide support and new ideas on business process design and enhancements;
Works with Regional / Local IT to involve and engage Regional / Local stakeholders;
Acts as the central point of contact for any questions concerning the Supply-Chain solutions;
Contributes in business cases' definition in collaboration with Business Stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support business capabilities;
Leads fit-gap analysis between application global framework and business capabilities to evaluate solutions and improvements, providing feedback to the business and facilitating understanding of technical choices;
Ensures that the solution blueprint is aligned to functional requirements, as well as to the Global Supply Chain template, to the overall technology framework and quality;
Ensures continuous improvement of live applications, constantly evaluating the current solutions vs the business needs to deploy a major level of effectiveness and efficiency;
Guarantees the evaluation initiatives' impact, tracking business benefits and lessons learnt;
Proactively brings external innovation into the Group;
Manages regular and relevant communication to all key global and local stakeholders.
Who we are looking for :
Master Degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related fields;
At least 10 years of experience in similar roles ideally within a multinational and matrix organization environment of FMCG industry;
Work experience across different countries;
International experience and mindset are a must;
Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes is required;
Experience in Factory digitalization will be considered a plus;
Experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes;
Strong negotiation and relation management skills;
Problem solving and performance driven;
Effective written / verbal communication skills;
Manages regular and relevant communication to all key global and local stakeholders;
Demonstrates leadership skills and a strong commercial and business awareness;
Proven change management attitude and ability to positively influence the stakeholders;

IT Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office skills Advanced in Excel;
SAP knowledge as a user is mandatory.
Fluency in spoken and written English;
Knowledge of Italian and French will be considered a plus.
