Job Description & Summary

You’ll help our local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

Our Internal Global Mobility team provides support for PwC’s international assignment programmes. As part of our team, you’ll help with all human resource related aspects of international assignments including tax, immigration, mobility consulting, and expatriate compensation and benefits.


As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
  • Train and lead staff
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
  • Your mission

    As a Global Mobility Consultant (m / f), you will :

  • Supportthe Global Mobility Team in the management of the Firm’s International Assignment Program;
  • Provide mobility related advice and expertise to staff, assignees, other HR teams and Partners to facilitate understanding and application of our policies and procedures;
  • Prepare international assignee’s packages and contractsand coordinate with other departments to ensure effective administration of benefits;
  • Work in close collaboration with the leadership team and create business opportunities with others PwC offices;
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with assignees,our Global Mobility Network, internal and external providers;
  • Contribute to the promotion of our International Assignment Program;
  • Assist the team in the management of the immigration process and the analysis of tax and social security aspects.

    Your profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Tax, Accounting or equivalent;
  • You have 1 or 2 years of experienceideally in Human Resources or Expatriate Compensation and benefits, taxation, social security or related field;
  • You have an interest in working with and learning from individuals coming from various countries / cultures;
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • You have knowledge in Luxembourg immigration law, personal taxation and social security;
  • You are fluent in English and good command of French. German and Luxemburgish will be considered as an asset.
