Back Office Officer - Tasks

Execute and monitor processes to confirm, clear, and settle transactions conducted by the Investment and Treasury, Funding, and Lending desks

Ensure limits and internal guidelines are respected

Report any breach of investment guidelines, operational risk issues, or limit transgressions to the Head of the Middle and Back Office division and Risk team

Assists the Legal & Compliance Department in inquiring detailed SWIFT information to ensure compliance with external regulatory requirement

Input Unique Trades Identifiers when required

Participate in the change management process for existing funds, including log maintenance, follow-up and implementation

Back Office Officer - Profile

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Audit, Accounting,

At least 2-3 years of experience in Back Office, Settlements, ( 2-3 years )

Fluent in English, French or German is a plus

Good knowledge in Banking sector

Be a good team player
