Your field of responsibility

As Account Tax Specialist, you will assist Front Teams within the onboarding and life-cycle process of both Private Banking and Investment Funds clients.

You will review client s tax documentation received in relation to FATCA, AEI, QI and tax compliance requirements and update the Banking system accordingly.

The successful candidate may be hired on a permanent basis at the end of the contract if demonstrating a high level of dedication and performance.

Your skills and experience

You demonstrate a strong expertise in client documentation and you are used to Front Office exposure. More specifically you can evidence :

  • University degree in Law or another related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in formalities handling which you have preferably gathered in the Banking sector
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the local and international tax regulations such as on FATCA, AEI and QI
  • Good knowledge of the AML / KYC regulatory framework in Luxembourg s well as on legal and financial documents (e.g. deeds, articles, contracts, financial statements, etc.)
  • Service and customer orientation paired with a high degree of reliability
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as interest in economic and financial policies
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficient in English and French, any other languages (especially German, Dutch, Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus
