Our client islooking for a project Manager with Changemanagement and Process design experience to provide support to an ongoingproject todesign and implement a knowledge management project.

Tasks anddeliverables :

  • Businessprocess improvement and reengineering : analysis of existing business processes,proposals for improvements and transformation process in order to ensureoptimal efficiency and adherence to best practice principles.
  • Ensuringthat project goals, progress and achievements are communicated on a regular basisto all members of a project
  • Evaluationof training requirements,
  • Collectionand structuring of existing documentation
  • Gapanalysis on existing knowledge / documentation vs. target scope
  • Workon completion of missing documentation
  • Processdescription of continuous maintenance and evolution of knowledge base
  • Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of technical (project management) experience with atleast 2 years of Change Management and Process design experience.
  • Experience in process design
  • Extensiveexperience or excellent understanding of support activities
  • Changemanagement

  • Executionof training activities
  • Analyticalthinking
  • Customerfocus
  • Focuson quality of delivery
  • Fluentin English. Knowledge of French (B2 level) is considered a great advantage
