We are looking for a Program Manager EU Fleet Planning and Reporting. The role will play a vital role in advancing Amazon’s unique culture and enabling the success of our Delivery Service Providers (DSP) within the high-

growth, fast-paced Logistics organization. The role will be responsible for creating demand plans for vehicles across EU with a 2 year outlook, create resulting order plans and integrate with finance to ensure plans are executed effectively.

The role will also own the integration of external providers for telematics and the development of reporting on fleet health and the efficiency of related services.

Key functions for the role include :

  • Demand Planning for primarily for vans, but also devices and any other equipment and services for all countries with a 2 year horizon and the creation of resulting order plans
  • Integration with finance business partners to ensure plans are aligned and to ensure effective ordering and invoice control of various external suppliers.
  • Cooperate with in-country and world-wide finance and technology teams on automation of accounting related tasks

  • Responsible for the development and creation of fleet and service related reporting for operations and senior management
  • Be the point of contact for external vendors providing telematics to support operations in receiving the right level of information and reporting.
  • Work with external vendors to continuously improve the service offering

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in the fleet or logistics industry
  • Experience in controlling, accounting or business intelligence
  • A proven track record of creating effective reporting and data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills combined with proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
  • Experience influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements
  • SQL proficiency
  • Understanding of fleet management and related KPIs
