Your field of responsibility
As Executive Portfolio Manager, Alternatives you will report to the Senior Management of the AIFM and support in all illiquid portfolio management function activities for Real Estate funds and at term for all major illiquid asset classes (Private Equity, Debt and Infrastructure).
Your responsibilities mainly include the Asset acquisition oversight and execution including all necessary ex-ante and ex-post controls.
This is the ideal opportunity to act as the main relationship coordinator of Investment Advisors and have the responsibility for their ongoing business and compliance profiling.
In your role, you coordinate all portfolio management tasks with the relevant counterparties i.e. Investment Advisor, Valuer, Property Manager and other Fund and SPV related counterparties including all other AIFM functions.
That also includes committee organisation, investment documentation preparation and analytical contribution for the Investment Committee including responsibility for closing all post decision related follow-ups.
You are responsible for executing or coordinating relevant ongoing portfolio management reporting and oversight duties as well as for evolving or supporting the evolution of the portfolio management function for new asset classes and strategies including new process design and policies completion.
Last but not least, you also contribute to all ESG analysis, controls and reporting.
The role also includes occasionally, a Company representation part in our relationship management and commercial development efforts with clients, prospects and partners.
