Our Recruitment process :

The short-listed candidates will be invited to perform a reasoning test, a personality questionnaire and to one or more face to face interviews in order to discuss about their experience, skills and values.

In order to finalize the recruitment process, the selected candidate will have to present a certain number of supporting documents before his integration (copy of diplomas, proof of previous jobs, and possibly an extract of the criminal record (bulletin n 3 for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).

Job description :

Mission : Implement the necessary changes related to regulatory changes, system migrations and version upgrades, as well as customer and user requests.

Tasks and responsibilities :

With a good knowledge of GP3 tool and Interface tools, the Business Analyst will carry on the following tasks :

  • Write the expressions of needs;
  • Be the interlocutor between the operational teams and the contracting authority;
  • Define and perform the business recipe tests;
  • Participate in reorganization reflections arising from the use of new tools;
  • Design user documentation;
  • Train and assist users;
  • Participate in the organization of migration plans for new tools;
  • Provide operational support after the start of production.
  • Profile description :

  • Level of education : Bachelor / Masters;
  • Strong French knowledge, good English knowledge;
  • Operational skills :
  • Put in production the requests of evolution which fits in its field of competence (analysis, developments, tests, type of operation, follow-up of production);
  • Evaluate and plan the workload on the files that is entrusted;
  • Risk dimension : Implement the versatility on its files with the "binomial" identified.
