To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking for a : Business Change Management Officer - Transfert Agency (M / F) Permanent Contract
Your mission :
The business analyst in Business Change Management TA will be in charge of the following tasks :
Centralisation, analysis of TA related requests received from internal or external stakeholders
Management of capacity planning
Writing of requirements for maintenance & projects
Management of testing new features, non-regression testing on existing features
Organisation of specific project committees and participation in different project governances
Attendance and contribution to Steering Committees
Project follow up until BAU delivery
Organisation of operational readiness, training pack and user training
Communication with stakeholders throughout the whole project phase
Documents, templates usage and maintenance based on Lean best practices and on IT project life cycle
Management of business projects ( with no impact on IT) of the TA department in Agile mode (quick delivery)
Organisation of periodic communication with operations / other stakeholders to inform about ongoing projects
Reporting line : Head of TA Business Change Management

Your profile : Education : Master in Finance Professional Experience :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within the Fund Industry.
Global knowledge of all related systems to allow an accurate analyse / definition of potential solutions to change requests.
