To support our Finance department, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor (m / f).

We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation.

As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will :

  • Support, monitor and supervise the daily activities of the Accounts Payable specialist team,
  • Ensure that all invoices are paid according to contractual terms,
  • Responsible for the prompt and professional resolution of escalated vendor concerns related to payment disbursement,
  • Analyze and review A / P entries for coding and accuracy. Ensures that all invoices have been approved according to company policy and that all required documentation is in order,
  • Verify and reconcile vendor accounts,
  • Assists with developing more efficient and effective systems for processing invoices and distributing payments,
  • Prepares weekly cash forecasts and other Accounts Payable reports in a timely manner,
  • Assists with month and year-end tasks including the preparation of Accounts Payable accruals and reconciliations,
  • Periodically reviews and maintains Open Purchase Orders and accrued receipts.
  • The perfect candidate

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or another relevant field,
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with mandatory experience in management
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Familiar with accounts procedures, suppliers’ ledgers, disbursements,
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems especially MS Excel,
  • ERP system experience is a plus,
  • Strong oral and written communication skills,
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and have a strong ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment,
