We are looking for one of our client :
Knowledge Management Assistant - Collaboration Tools (m / f)
Main tasks :
Identify and take the necessary actions to meet the needs of users of services run by the unit, and assist them in using
YourOP and collaboration features. Provide assistance to end-users.
Collect and consolidate monhtly webanalytics & users engagement statistics.
Organize trainings or coaching for colleagues in OP. Train and coach groups of users or individuals so they can make
an optimal use of the tools for collaboration and information provision.
Assist in preparation, editing and publishing of information on OP intranet and collaboration sites.
Contribute to testing and functional integration with other applications / services on YourOP
Profile required :
Proven record and experience working as Power user or technology with SharePoint 2013, 2016 or 2019 and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Experience working with big number of users in various organisation levels
Proven record of working in consultancy or coaching end users
Very good command of both English and French.
Experience in managing projects (deliverables, deadlines, writing requirements) and handling external providers.
Knowledge of working with webanalytics would be considered an advantage
Professional command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
