Position Summary & Responsibilities
Amazon currently seeks a creative, dynamic and experienced Sr. Program Manager to join FBA Supply Chain team in Luxembourg.
A successful Program Manager must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal / external partners at all levels of the organization.
This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities include :
Driving the implementation of Strategic Initiatives to launch After Market Services for FBA
Work with Sustainability, EU After Market Services and World-Wide Recommerce teams to launch new recovery services (Donation, Liquidation, re-
grading) for FBA Selling Partners
Drive Selling Partner adoption of the new services, dive deep on core metrics and structure innovative improvements to help Selling Partners derive maximum value for their products.
Plan and execute the strategy roadmap for Reverse Logistics Services for FBA in EU.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Product and Operations teams to deliver projects and process improvements that help Sellers manage their inventory better and improve the Removals SX.
Write business and technical requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams.
Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success.
Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key Supply Chain metrics, including cost savings opportunities
Keys to success in this role include exceptional program management, a keen sense to work backwards from customer requirements, strong communication and collaboration skills.
The candidate needs to be able to coordinate across multiple work streams, and be able to communicate clearly appropriate triggers and actions.
Graduate BA or BS degree required,
Familiar with finance and supply chain management
5+ years of program and project management experience (ideally within the SC domain)
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional capacity
A strong appetite for teamwork, and a just-do-it attitude.
Well versed in Excel and SQL
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or a Supply Chain / Operations discipline; MBA preferred
