Ferrero Head Quarter is looking for a Business Analyst to join our International Area team, in order to be in charge of detailed and in-
depth analysis on different categories and countries. We are looking for a dynamic and strongly motivated candidate that is able to work within an international team and a challenging work environment.
Manage periodic reporting on competitive context, consumer and trade trends
Conduct detailed and in-depth analysis on specific categories and countries
Identify market discontinuities and changes in the market
Take part in ad-hoc projects
Report data analytics into clear business objectives and / or recommendations
1 to 2 years experience in Marketing, Finance, Market Research (in FMCG companies is considered a plus)
Bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing
Financial acumen and analytical / quantitative approach
Ability to process information from different information sources for the purpose of processing in-sight
Good communication skills and ability to interact with international team, in order to create a working network and ability to effectively work in a team
Capacity to set priorities and coordinate with different parties in order to respect different deadlines
Excellent mastery of Excel and PowePoint
Excellent oral and written English skills; any additional language is a plus
