Function :

As a member of our HR team, this role enables you to actively support the people agenda in our Central North West region :

Act as key contact for employees for HR related questions

Support people managers in their people responsibilities : provide operational support and business insights on recruitment, performance management, talent management and development;

Actively support the creation of a high performance culture based upon Astron values;

Actively contribute to maximizing people’s engagement through different HR initiatives

Provide key insight regarding employment law, policies and practices

Integral part of the role is to take care of the related administrative tasks

Draft employment related documents (e.g. employment contracts )

Be the point of contact with local administrations and providers (e.g. social security )

Maintain people data in HR systems (holiday balances, absences

Profile :

You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Economics

You have a min 3 years of relevant work experience

You are curious and not afraid to try ; great learning skills

You have the ability to influence others to work towards common business goal

You have great organizational skills and a strong commitment to high quality

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English; French is considered an advantage

You have the ability to solve problems / challenges in a friendly and open minded manner
