Key Accountabilities

  • Support Front Desk during prospecting and client onboarding preparation
  • Provide guidance & support to the Front Office for complex client cases in an advisory capacity
  • Ensure that all onboarding files comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Perform checks on KYC and SoW information / documentation of a client and make sure, story / corroboration are accurate and complete
  • Verify the completeness and correctness of each onboarding / account opening file
  • Prepare / Organize the account opening committee and take notes
  • Knowledge and Experience

  • Preinvolvement in client onboarding and document management
  • Strong Compliance skills (AML / KYC) as well as business understanding
  • Understanding of corporate complex structures

  • Ability to work with Client data base (knowledge of G2CRM system is a plus)
