About the team

You will play a key role in supporting our public sector and corporate clients in their transformation journey. You will be a trusted partner and help them with the challenges they are facing, while leveraging your experience, as business analyst.

Job purpose

Within the team, you will be able to leverage your knowledge to review the organization of our public sector and corporate clients and transform the way technology supports them to increase their efficiency.

Doing so, you will reengineer and automate business processes, support identification of optimization opportunities, assist in the sourcing of relevant technologies and provide functional and / or project coordination support, to implement them.

You will maintain strong positive relationships with middle & senior levels at client’s side, you will be able to identify potential opportunities linked to the issues / challenges faced by the client you will convert them into proposals for new business in consultation with Managers and Senior Managers.

Last but not least, you will grow in a team of passionate professionals and actively participate in the performance management of less experienced advisers that will give you leadership skills.

Major duties and responsibilities

You will have the ability to grow quickly in a challenging and fast moving environment, where you will be given significant responsibilities but also the opportunity to contribute your ideas to support our clients in their innovation strategy and their search for operational excellence.

You will act as a team member on small to medium-size projects and assignments.

This is a challenging role, which requires a highly motivated individual who is really analytical, organized, proactive, assertive and able to demonstrate drive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
