Who are we?
We are part of Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) and we are Innovators. Our mission is centered on customer obsession as we focus on delivering the best service at the best speed to our customers ().
Labour Planning (LP) plays a critical role in ATS and we work cross functionally in continued support of our world class operations.
In EU ATS, LP sits within the Network Capacity Management team (NCM) organization.
What is the role?
As part of the EU ATS Sort Center (SC) LP team you will support the purpose of ATS of getting packages from a customer’s online order to their door by the promised delivery date (the "Customer Promise").
The main objective of the LP team is to ensure there are enough people to process the packages at the right time to fulfill the Customer Promise : this is the main objective of LP team.
The second priority is to do it in a cost-efficient way.
Within the LP processes and workstreams there are many stakeholders to interact with, to provide a seamless flow of process, data, and execution.
LP is like an airport control tower, coaching and guiding all teams (planes) to a safe and timely landing.
Our business partners trust us and rely on our analytical know how. Big decisions are made through the collaborative approach we follow.
If you like making sense of ambiguous data, working with business partners to solve complex problems and thinking big to identify new ways of working that will benefit our customers, we would love for you to join us!
The role can be based in our Luxembourg or London Corp offices and some travel will be required.
