The Marketplace or Selling on Amazon business contributes to a significant portion of the total Amazon sales and is growing.
Each year, tens of thousands of businesses sign up, list their products and sell on Amazon. This position will own and scale seller education roadmap to enable thousands on Selling Partners to become successful and deliver on Amazon promise to delight customers across Europe.
As a Program Manager in this role, you will have high leadership visibility and will own and deliver on a roadmap to drive Selling Success at scale.
The key strategic objectives and responsibilities for this role include :
1. Partnering and leading an innovative Seller Education Strategy to drive selling partners experience in EU :
Define Program Concept and Branding, and make it live through holistic communication plan.
Transform a list of project ideas into a seller Education Roadmap and meet defined milestones and delivery dates.
Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business goals
2. Through Seller Education Roadmap, test and scale various approaches to enable the right assistance is available to sellers at the right time
Understand Seller educational / support needs and identify gaps that exists in available tools and content
Work with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, gain trust and define the refinements needed to improve seller education
Identify key success drivers and bottlenecks for domestic as well as international sellers, and develop plans to develop and enhance focused support and training content
3. Managing and influencing multiple international stakeholders, including business, operations, policy, technical and compliance teams up to Senior Management level.
Participate and contribute to business review meetings with worldwide senior management level participants.
Collaborate with multiple partner teams, work together to communicate periodic progress

Master’s degree in business, engineering or computer science
5+ years of experience in Program / Product Management or Consulting or both
Strong SQL skills is a must
Outstanding analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
A strong track record of project delivery for cross-functional projects
Proven ability of handling ambiguity and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner
Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence multi-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
Core Program and Project Management skills (regular updates, Program flashes, data audits, review meetings, process audits)
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Strong critical thinking
Experience with e-commerce
MBA from top tier school
Fluent in at least one other European language
